Support Overview

Remote Support

Although we do not offer complex IT support remotely, we can however assist with smaller service related issues like email and other Internet connectivity problems. For this we use a program Team Viewer. You download the quick support version of team viewer listed here by clicking the link below, and run the application.

Before I contact Support, what should I do?
  1. Have you made sure that the cabling is as it should be, that all cables are plugged in correctly, that all equipment is switched on, and that all the corresponding lights where cables are plugged in are lit?
  2. Have you switched everything off for about 15 seconds and back on again?
  3. Have your account number ready for a quicker response.

After hours support

Although we do not have a support desk running after hours, we do have technicians standing by to assist with support issues. After hours support can be obtained in the following two ways:

  1. Send an email to support@truenw.co.za with your account details and as clear a description of the issue at hand. This is the best way to communicate as multiple agents get these messages.
  2. Send a SMS to 076 464 7504 with the same info as above.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
